Water Plant
NSF Approved Product - Source from select coal and coconut shells, our virgin activated carbon (AG1000, AG1100AWC, and AG1100C) excels in removing organic contaminants from drinking water. Its low impurity levels, especially in heavy metals, ensure it outperforming most other carbon.
NSF Approved - Sourced from select coal and coconut shell, these products are expertly designed to eliminate taste, odor, and color compounds from water: AG900W Series, AG1100C,and REG900.
Aquarium
Groundwater
Produced from select bituminonus coal, our virgin activated carbon is specifically formulated to absorb particles and decolorize substances effectively:
Designed for removing Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs), as well as pesticides and herbicides that leach into ground and surface water: These products include: AG900, REG900.
Per- and Polyfluorinated substances (PFAS)
Per- and Polyfluorinated substances (PFAS) are a group of man-made chemicals that persist in the environment. These chemicals have been used for decades in consumer products to make them non-stick and water resistant. Unfortunately, the characteristics that make them useful are the reason they persist in the environment and can bioaccumulate in our bodies.
GAC is commonly used to adsorb natural organic compounds, taste and odor compounds, and synthetic organic chemicals in drinking water treatment systems. Our products: coal based REGW series and coconut based HMC are adsorbent on the physical and chemical process of accumulating a substance, such as PFAS, at the interface between liquid and solids phases. Both products are efficient because it is a highly porous material and provide a large surface area to which contaminants may adsorb.
Kidney Dialysis
Drinking water treated with chloramines is generally safe for consumption, cooking, and bathing, including for kidney dialysis patients. However, in the dialysis process, where water contacts the blood across a permeable membrane, chloramines must be removed due to their harmful effects. This can be achieved through two methods: adding ascorbic acid or using a granular activated carbon treatment. AG-1000, specifically designed for kidney dialysis machines, is preferred for its low heavy metal content and strictly controlled pH levels, making it ideal for this application.
Catalytic H2S Removal
HiCOR, protected by US Patent No. 7,241,430, is a unique odor control media crafted from premium quality bituminous coal and specific active ingredients using advanced manufacturing technology. It boasts an exceptionally high H2S breakthrough capacity and is distinguished from other products by its non-impregnated nature, avoiding the handling, transportation, and disposal issues associated with alkali-impregnated carbons. With an ignition temperature similar to regular coal-based carbon (>450°C), HiCOR is a microporous carbon with extensive surface area and well-developed pore structure, designed for efficient absorption and catalytic oxidation of sulfur compounds.
Solvent Recovery
The virgin activated carbon is produced from selected coal and coconut shell. In the manufacture of volatile solvents, the potential environmental problem and loss of quantity are very risky and extremely high. In the pharmaceutical industry, certain organic solvents are used to extract key intermediates from natural substances or biological cultures. In oil and gas refineries, activated carbon’s adsorb and desorbed character is used on the filter for vacuum, storage, and recovering the vapors. This product, VG-Grade, is ideal for separation and recovery like: Ketone, Alcohol, Tetrahydrofuran, Methylene chloride, Petroleum ether, and Hydrocarbon, etc.
